Billy’s a laid-back slacker who’d rather be at home watching NBA reruns and smoking something suspicious, but when it’s game time, he lumbers onto the court. His three-pointers are as high as his mind usually is. While he might look like a stoned statue at the three-point line, his red eyes and relaxed shooting hand always deliver, making his shots appear effortless as if he’s seeing everything in slow motion.
